Falls Risk Assessments

Falls occur primarily in the home, but there are many reasons why a person might be falling.  Often, a person may have multiple factors that put them at risk for falling. Knowing these factors empowers the individual to manage their risk of falling.

The Fall Risk Assessment includes a battery of standardized fall risk screens, balance and environmental assessments.  A plan is created with appropriate recommendations and referrals.  These assessments are completed virtually and are covered by Medicare Part B. Medical practices may work with our team to establish in person clinics.

Our team of therapists are licensed and able to offer these assessments virtually for clients living in New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.
