Falls Risk Assessments

Falls occur primarily in the home, but there are many reasons why a person might be falling.  Often, a person may have multiple factors that put them at risk for falling. Knowing these factors empowers the individual to manage their risk of falling.

The Fall Risk Assessment includes a battery of standardized fall risk screens, balance assessments and a home assessment.  A plan is created with appropriate recommendations and referrals.  These assessments can be performed at the home or in a physician’s office.

Assessments can be completed in person or virtually with assistance. Our team of therapists are licensed in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Florida and California.
