About Living at Home

The Living at Home team are experts at problem solving and gathering resources to help people of all ages and abilities manage the challenges of living at home.

Living at Home’s mission is to assist people to continue living safely in their own homes, while participating in the tasks they enjoy and are important in their lives.  Our team of professionals includes occupational therapy, physical therapy and social work. We work with individuals, their families and caregivers in their homes and communities to create plans that will facilitate living at home.
